4D Store Sales Policy

4D Store sells and ships products only within the United States and Canada excluding Quebec. You may not export any products purchased at the 4D Store.

Total Delivery Time

Orders with Electronic Delivery selected as the method of delivery can be available right away. The total delivery time of an order with Shipped Product selected is a combination of the processing and shipping time. Please allow one to two business days for 4D to complete order processing. Any order placed on the Store after 3 P.M. begins processing on the next business day. Orders received after 3 P.M. on Friday will be processed Monday morning. Holidays are excepted.

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your 4D Store purchase please call 1-408-557-4600 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box and the license has not been registered, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment less a 15% restocking fee. The product must be returned to the 4D Store warehouse within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA.

Non-Eligible Products for Return or Refund (including but not limited to):

Opened software.
Electronic software downloads with no physical goods received.
Products obtained as part of a bundle with other computer services or distributed by another company as part of their software compilation.
Products obtained through volume licensing or subscriptions. Products that were acquired for free (not for resale), including trial versions or other products downloaded for free off the 4D, Inc. web site or other third party electronic distribution sites.
Products obtained by any customer in any other country other than the US or Canada.
Fee-based technical support services.
Software and/or installation codes that are downloaded electronically through the 4D Store are not eligible for return or refund.

Support Products

Support products (such as the 4D Partner Program) are subject to the terms and conditions that accompany those products. By requesting services under those products or completing and returning to 4D any accompanying enrollment forms, you agree to the terms and conditions that apply to those products. Those terms and conditions take precedence over any inconsistent provisions in these Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Sales Tax

4D Store purchases will include sales tax based on the ship-to location and the sales tax rate in effect at the time of shipping. If you phone in your order, the sales representative will provide the final dollar total of your order including tax and any applicable shipping charges at the time you place your order. If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the new tax rate in effect at the time of shipment will apply.

Prices

The 4D Store endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current 4D products. Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. 4D, Inc. reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the 4D Store at any time.

Product Warranty

The sole warranty for 4D-branded product shall be 4D's standard Limited Warranty as set forth in the documentation that accompanies each 4D product.

Other Terms and Conditions

4D, Inc. is not responsible for typographical errors.
4D, Inc. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the 4D Store at any time.
Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
All sales at the 4D Store are governed by California law, without giving effect to California's conflict of law provisions.
No 4D, Inc. employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the 4D Store's policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
