Beginning SQL for 4D Developers

The Beginning SQL for 4D Developers training class consists of one 8-hour online course, divided into two 4-hour sessions. All training takes place using the WebEx web conferencing environment. 4D developers who take this class can expect to come away with a solid understanding of the basics of SQL, staring with ‘Select’ statements, and how you can take advantage of SQL to create powerful 4D-based business applications, including plenty of hands-on time with an example database. In addition, you will also learn how to build 4D v11 SQL applications that will talk to any other industry-standard SQL database (such as Oracle or MySQL). Both morning and afternoon class times are available, to help meet a range of schedules. Each class session is limited to 10 participants to maximize time for Q&A and individual coaching. Everyone who completes the Beginning SQL for 4D Developers class will receive a certificate acknowledging their prowess in 4D SQL Wizardry. To successfully take this class you will need:

• An active Internet connection
• A phone line
• A copy of 4D Developer Professional v11 SQL (either Mac or Windows)
